1. All about the Ardennes horse |
 Info: You would like to be a coachman or a horse whisperer? The horses’ world is waiting for you! In the morning you will help getting our horses out of the stable. Then they will be groomed and harnessed to the carriage under expert guidance, before we pass through the countryside with 2 HP. Watch our blacksmith at work, and get to know everything about our Ardennes horses. When the day’s work is done, you will feed the horses. 2. Moving, sawing and building |
 Info:
Build your own birdhouse. This is a job for dexterous people with a sense for rough work! First of all you will move tree trunks according to the method used before the tractor and off-road truck era. As soon as you managed to get the trunk to the saw, you will meet the next challenge: this trunk has to be cut into boards – starting with large boards, then smaller and smaller ones. 3. From the miller’s trade to the bakery |

In the Rackésmillen in Enscherange, the mill stream gently rushes through the old mill and drives the wheel. The mill works are creaking, the flour sieves separating the ground corn according to the grain size are vibrating – there’s always something going on! For lovers of old techniques or just to see all that’s behind the flour production! 4. Our baking and cooking workshop |

We invite you to our baking and cooking workshop. Give free rein to your imagination, give it a try. Just forget this frozen food! And you will see that a most delicious pizza is made with absolutely conventional ingredients. Knead the dough and leave it to rise, choose and prepare the toppings, put these toppings on the rolled out dough and create your new favourite pizza! 5. Gardening for technology freaks |

Say what you want, but gardening isn’t boring at all! Agricultural engines facilitate your work, and you will enjoy driving a rotary tiller. Those who want to be physically active will appreciate the fact that a little digging in the garden is a good muscle exercise, or that sore muscles are avoided by the use of horses! 6. Being a beekeeper |

8. The Ourdall Brewery |

In our brewery at “Cornelyshaff” in Heinerscheid, we do not make a secret out of the ingredients of a good beer: water, hop and malt. But as to the specialities of the house, we need that little something that makes the difference between “Okult“, “Wäissen“, “Wëllen“ or “Hengeschter“. The price of € 5,00 € per head includes the tasting of these specialities. Our different sorts of beer are available in our shop as well.
